iPod News: strong demand; remarkably clear; griping sharkster

There is a forecast of extremely strong demand for the iPod line this holiday season, and Apple can break the near 10 million estimated sales, if it can maintain its manufacturing ramp that some say is mind-blowing. But Apple seems to be showing signs that the demand for their iPod players are outpacing the supply. They <a href="

An Associated Press reporter remarks how remarkably clear the 5G iPod is and that he was able to comfortably watch for 44 minutes. No stutters and no commercials also added pluses to the device but he wishes for more content in iTMS.

In his gripes about iTunes, a lawyer questions the qualifications of the staff the handles what music should grab front page in the iTMS. He also calls iTMS as a limited service since Sony/BMS is not onboard. Perhaps he missed the news that it was Sony/BMG that decided not to get onboard. He continuously gripes about unfair iTunes and iTMS are. I don’t know what the big deal is. He always has the choice of not buying an iPod, or not buying music or video from iTMS. He claims to be a consumer advocate. I think he’s just one of those people who craves attention.
